Sorraia is a confused land right now. The horses are splitting up into different herds. There are the roamers herd and the slave herd. What once was, is no more. They no longer rely on each other. They only rely on themselves.

Sniper ran at a quick pace into an unknown land. He had been searching for days for somewhere to stay and hoped this place would be just right for him. He howled a long and loud howl, that echoed through the trees. If anyone was here, they were sure to hear him. He kept walking further into the land, still hoping to find someone. They had to be here somewhere. This was his last hope of finding somewhere to stay. If he did not find food soon, nothing would be left of him. Sniper's once white coat, was splotched with mud and dirt from his long journey. He looked at the sky and saw clouds rolling in. Maybe he would be lucky enough, for it to start raining. He loved the rain, and he loved it even more when it cleaned his pelt from the dirt he hated.
disgusting i murmured while my paw splashed in the mud situated around me. there were puddles everywhere. i guess that was the downfall of this land. once you get a little way further from the beach there was dirt, and thick dirt. damn it mud flew up my whole leg as i shook out my coat, my body still in a brisk trot. instantly, my ears perked up as i listened closely, hearing some sort of howl. my eyes scanned around me as i then picked up my pack and found... him.
he was standing there. i knew he didn't see me there since he had his back towards me. i grinned to myself slightly then just sat down, letting my tail thump happily. my smile dropped as i just made a yip of a bark, then waiting for him to turn around.
As Sniper was looking for anyone on this land, he heard a bark that sounded more like a yip. He jumped, for he had not expected anyone to come. He turned around and saw a beautiful border collie sitting there. He assumed by the looks of her, she was an alpha male. Great! He thought to himself. If she accepted him into the pack, he could become alpha male, unless she made him be a slave first to prove himself. He shuddered. That would be horrible being a slave. He would do it, if she asked for he was starving, but he hoped it did not come to that. "My name is Sniper. May I have the pleasure of knowing your name?" Sniper asked with a smile.
i raised my brow at his words. he was so formal, and he seemed nice. not that it would really matter. i scanned all of my thoughts in my head, really wondering if i should tell him my name. i wasn't entirely sure, but i guess i could toy around with him before that. i grinned and then stood up, my body circling his a couple of times before sitting and facing him, my eyes just staring happily into his.
"now, why would i tell you that?"
a giggle was then pushed out of my maw. it sounded kinda dark, and i was quite shocked at how evil i sounded at times. that thought of that made me grin. a cool breeze passed by me, ruffling my coat as i stared on, past him. clouds rolled in, and i could feel the slight drizzle. thank god. i stood up once again and then shifted.
Was she seriously kidding right now? Why did I want to know? Well I wanted to know because I might be living with her for the rest of my life. He watched her as she circled her. He sighed playfully, waiting for him to be done. Sniper had to keep from laughing, as he heard a laugh come from her mouth. It sounded evil, yet it did not scare him. He did not know why, even though he probably should be a little scared. It's just that she seemed so nice and innocent. He wanted to live with her. "I am here because I need a place to stay." He said hoping she got the message that he was an alpha and not a slave. Sniper's stomach rumbled from hunger but it was drowned out by the sound of thunder. He looked at the sky and it was drizzling. He sighed in relief. The mud was starting to slowly drip off of his coat, so you could actually see his shiny white fur under all the mud.
i walked around the male and then finally stopped infront of him. he didn't really look like he would be a slave, i guess he could become my alpha. but a stronger alphas would have been able to start their own pack, not stand there and wait for someone to take them. my yes grinned for myself as i remembered that no what the lead female would be treated with the most respect, for one reason, we were the ones that brought the pups in the world, we were more delicate. i nodded my head to his words and stared into his eyes, my stomach fluttering. holy shit, no, no, no, no, i couldn't like him, he was my slave, ok, i knew he would become the alpha sooner or later, but i couldn't believe i could feel this way this fast. how could he make me feel this... this... lust?
"now, you can join my pack, but i was wondering if you would like to stay in my den with me and discuss my thought about you becoming alpha male?"
i have to admit, for a fraction of a second some pretty sick thought crossed in my mind, like the fact that we could do anything in my den. an almost wicked smile spread across my maw as i grinned and then sat next to him, raising my brow happily.
Sniper had to keep from laughing at her words. The thought of becoming alpha male? He was an alpha. He would never be a slave. He did not want to say anything though, in case she would react badly to him speaking. "OK let's do that." He said pretending like he did not know he would be alpha anyway. He looked at her in interest. He could not like her already. There was no way. He had known her for a few minutes and already wanted to be her mate. That was just wrong. Life should not be like this, yet that was the way it was going. He smiled at her, and hoped she stayed in a good mood for a while.
